CalANON, now with delightful yellow and blue colors, claims that APPLE's flyer disclaimers 'never happened.'
Nolo: If you're not sure, it's okay to e-mail me. Because APPLE did put up disclaimers... for most flyers. You can find the PDF's here. The possibly-dodgy Jello Wrestling one has no disclaimer, mostly because we stopped flyering entirely before Anthony got around to adding it. I don't feel too bad about the Jello Wrestling flap; it becomes less and less ethically dodgy the more you examine it. Schulman is a Squelch Senator, but he comes to APPLE caucus, has full voting rights that an APPLE member would, and so forth. That he's part of the Squelch party is a technicality, in the same way that I'm running on the Squelch ticket for AAVP. UPDATE: Nolo writes, Hey Kevin, I didn't mean to imply that the clarification on the flyers "never happened," just that it didn't happen on this particular case, which I found a bit amusing. I also didn't think that it was that big a deal, so I apologize if you thought that I was attacking APPLE on the basis of these flyers. I guess I didn't convey how non-serious I found the "unethical" charges well enough. Nolo. Don't worry about it, Nolo! Silly misunderstandings are what makes Blogs great! Email This Post! |
