The last one for sure. A source close to Attorney General Mario DeBernardo revealed that he filed charges against APPLE Candidate JC Pratt several days ago. Mr. Pratt spent $205 on his Senate campaign, $5 over the limit of $200. Besides the nitty-gritty of the charges, the main effect is to push back vote counting by another week unless some sort of settlement can be reached. And we all pray one will be. You read it hear first... Also: Calstuff Correspondant Tony Falcone reports that from watching a sample of ballots being entered, Peter Gee had a surprising amount of votes, with myself garnering a 'fair bit.'
