Cal student Mallory Moser received a stiff sentence for her Sunnyvale protest and subsequent prison stay.
Judge Jerald Infantino sentenced Moser to three years' probation, including 50 hours of volunteer work and $25 a month until she had paid off her share of $15,000-plus that Lockheed Martin officials estimated they spent dealing with a day of human roadblocks.Ms. Moser pledged to ignore the court order. Fool. She faces serious jail time if that's her move. Ms. Moser is out of her depth-- the only way proceeding would make sense is if she was getting significant media attention for her actions. Which she isn't. (10 people attended her sentencing.) Email This Post! |
