How are those Minority Groups getting the impression that the Daily Cal is all white people?
With investments in this new campaign, the athletic department begins to resemble the creators of Saved By the Bell: The New Class—riding the wave of its previous success for as long as it can.Isn't an Opinion column supposed to have an opinion? This one closes with 'Well, this marketing campaign may fail.... OR, it may NOT! Also, the team winning would be, in the august opinion of the Daily Cal, good.' The athletic department has entered into a risky venture that could backfire if promises of a new glamorous team yield nothing more than memories of football seasons past (every year before last year). What a waste of space.. especially when the death of Professor Ogbu was there calling out for some form of introspection on his life, his department, or his work.Email This Post! |
