Judicial Council Upholds DAAP DQ, But Orders Elections Council to Include DAAP in Vote Tabulation

This means the tabulation is still on for Tuesday at 7pm; however, results will not be certified by the council until outside litigation is resolved. Meaning: New executive officers won't be sworn in anytime soon.

The decision to order the EC to include DAAP in its tabulation is likely a result of the deal brokered at last Thursday's ASUC pow-wow between DAAP, the ASUC's lawyer, the J-Council Chair, and other important ASUC personages.

*Update* Executive positions will be certified. According to Mike Davis, in comments:

The execs will be certified, assuming DAAP doesn't win. The line in the decision talking about not certifying reads:

"This Council will not certify the complete results until such time as external litigation in the matter is resolved."

We'll certify partial results, ie the execs.
