BU Presidential Candidate Liberman Gets His Retrial
Here is the entire e-mail from JCouncil Chair Gregg: The Judicial Council has met and officially accepted Mr. Liberman's appeal to AG v. Liberman (1 and 2). However, we will only hear arguments regarding the correctness of the decision under the law (JRP 5.4.1.1), and arguments regarding violation of due process concerning a possible conflict of interest of an individual Justice (JRP 5.4.1.2).P.S. The Daily Cal is on their summer schedule, so they're only going to be coming out with new issues twice a week. I imagine that will make it slightly less embarrassing for them when CalStuff scoops them on the news. [Much love to the graduating DC folks I met who will now be heading off to real jobs in the journalism business. JC and LS, I wish you much success in your endeavors.]Email This Post! |
